Extended Holiday Returns

In addition to our standard 30-day money back guarantee, all orders placed between Nov. 4, 2019, and Dec. 15, 2019, will be eligible for an extended "exchange" period until Jan. 15, 2020.

  • All holiday exchange requests must comply with our return policy instructions.
  • Items must be physically received in our warehouse within 5 business days of the deadline.
  • Items that are received after the exchange deadline will not be accepted. The item that is being exchanged for must be of an equal or greater value than the item that is being returned.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges) Note: you may exchange or return it for a refund within 14 days from delivery for Pre-Owned items.

Return Eligibility

 

All returned or exchanged items must be:
  • Returned within 30 Days (15 Days for Pre-Owned Items).
  • In new condition.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Any signs of wear.
  • Parts of the item are missing.

 

 

Return your product, you should mail your product to: House#219/1/B, Garden Road, Banasree Block D, A6, Dhaka 1219, Bangladesh 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The return of these items/orders will have a restocking fee of 8% or final sale policies unless otherwise agreed by the tinyonlineshop.com staff via mail, fax, or e-mail.
